Rakesh Tirwa 

President of NGCYM

I am a founder and president of NGCYM. God gave me the vision to work with the youth in the year of 2013. Since then, me and my wife, have prayed and fast together to form this group in 2016. I have been working in this non-profit organization since two years ago. I’m also a worship leader at Samdan Church, Cleveland, Ohio and worship coordinator of United Bhutanese Nepalese Churches of Ohio (UBNCO). I grew up in Christian family under the leadership of my own father, Karna Tirwa, senior pastor of Samdan Church. I had always known my calling was to work with youth since a young age. I am thrilled for today’s youth who must not strive to live exemplary lives right now, but who will also attempt to serve Lord as a faithful leader within the body of Christ. Lord has blessed me with beautiful and blessed wife, Monika Lungali, and we both are blessed with a newly born son, Riyon. Beside ministry work, I also work at Refugee Community Service.

James Pulami 

Vice-President of NGCYM

I have been serving as a vice-president of NGCYM since 2017. Since I have accepted the Christ as my Lord and Savior at my young age, I have strong desire to work among youth. I served as a Sunday-school teacher for 3 years back at Nepal. Later on, God chose me to work with youth as a Youth leader. My vision is to work with youths to fulfil  what God is calling them for and reach out whole world with gospel of Christ. Now, I am a youth leader at Nepali Mahima Church at St. Louis, Missouri and Youth President of St. Louis Youth Unity. I have gotten Associate degree in Accounting and now, pursuing Bachelor degree in Business and Accounting.

​Joel Tamu 

Secretary of NGCYM 

With a goal to fulfill God’s will in the life of these generation’s youth, I have been actively serving the body of Christ since 2014. It has been always a great pleasure to work with youth and encourage them through the God’s words. Brother Rakesh and I used to always talked about forming a small group of youth leaders who have the same vision and same enthusiasm to work with youth and encourage them. By the Grace of God, we were able to form our non-profit organization named NGCYM in 2016, and since then, we all been working together. I serve in NGCYM as a secretary and as well as administrator. I appreciate to Lord for giving me an opportunity to use my skills and education to fulfill his wills among youth. I am a junior pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and majoring in Mechanical Engineering. I am enrolled in one the Christian college named St. Ambrose University. ​

​Immanuel Rasaily 

Treasurer of NGCYM 

​My name is Immanuel Rasaily, one of the NGCYM team members of an executive board, taking treasurer responsibility. I’m currently living in Rochester NY and attending Nepali Community Bible Church (NCBC) running under the leadership of senior Ps. Puspa Rasaily with two other assistance pastors named Ps. Damber Gazmer and Ps. Dill Gazmer. I am also one of the deacons at NCBC board members and currently a youth leader at church. I got to know Jesus Christ as his lord and saver in 2009. Since then, I am so eager and thrust to serve Lord Jesus Christ at any cost and conditions. God has given me a serving heart and opportunity to serve his people. I especially like to work with youth and encourage them to live a Christ-centered life. I am currently enrolled in the University of Brockport College at Rochester New York studying accounting major and already have an associate degree in Math.

Prayer Coordinator of NGCYM

I have been working in NGCYM since 2016 as a prayer coordinator. It has been an honor and privilege to work with NGCYM team and other youth and encourage them to live as God wants. Beside prayer coordinator, I am also a youth leader as well as worship leader at The Bridge Church of Kansas City, Kansas. I have got to know the Christ in my early age, and after that, I have never looked back. God has blessed me with beautiful wife, Isabelle Luhar. We both are very blessed to serve Jesus Christ together. Right now, I am attending community college of Kansas City, and I am majoring in Criminal Justice.
