History of NGCYM
New Generation Christian Youth Movement (NGCYM) was formed on March 19th, 2016 with the goals to encourage youth to live the life of Christ-centered, remember creator in their young age and to train and equip youth and youth leaders to support churches. The foundation of NGCYM is based on the Bible verse Ecclesiastes 12:1 as it is written: "Remember your creator in the days of youth..."
The vision to work among the youth was first given to Rakesh Tirwa in the year of 2013. Since then, he and his wife Monika Lungeli started praying with fasting and asking God's direction. After a long prayer and dedicated life, he started sharing the vision to spirit-filled youth across the nation. The meeting was held in Cleveland, Ohio on March 19th, 2016, hosted by Samdan Church formed an executive board member for NGCYM.
NGCYM successfully completed the 1st one-day youth leaders training at Nashville, TN hosted by International Nepali Church. The team is fired up for a spiritual revolution not only in The United States of America but over the world.
