Registration 

Who can attend 2nd NGCYM Youth Summit?

Any Nepalese Christian youth can attend this summit. No matter what denomination you are in, you are allowed to take part in this summit. If pastors and leaders are also interested to join this summit, they can also be the part of this historical event. 

How can I register for this event?

You can do registration via online or on the desk on the first day of the summit. We will open the online registration on ---- till July 21st. The price of early registration is $30, which will end on June 3rd. After June 3rd, registration price will bump up to $40. You can easily buy online tickets via a website we have provided instead of standing in the line on August 1st. If you did that, please don't lose your ticket. If you would like to register on the first day, you will be also able to pay by cash or card. 

**note: Online tickets are non-refundable. If your giving your tickets to your friends, you have to contact us via [email protected] one week prior to summit. 

How do I check in for summit?

Once you finished your online registration, you will get your tickets. Please PRINT and bring your ticket at the event entrance. Please don't lose that ticket. On the first day of the summit, one of our team members will check in you and provide summit materials. 

Lodging and Fooding 

Can I stay at a different hotel than the one listed on your website?

Yes, you can. If you want to stay at your relatives' house, that is also fine. If you find a convenient hotel by the summit hall other than the one we listed, that is totally fine. The hotels we have listed on our website are fairly close to the summit hall and economically convenient. You can reserve the hotel room via the link we have provided. 

What kind of food will be provided?

We will be providing pure Nepali types of food. We will make sure that you won't regret eating the food we provide. Each day, the varieties of curry will be changed. During registration, we will provide meal tickets for particular meal time. We expect you to not to lose those tickets. 

How many meals will be provided? Is breakfast Included?

In total, we will be providing four meals. There will be dinner on first day, lunch and dinner on second day, and lunch on last day. We expect you to manage your own breakfast. 

Traveling 

Do we get transportation from airport to hotel?

Yes, you do. We have some committee members who are specially assigned for that job. 

Where should I park for the summit? is it free?

Parking is free around summit hall. We have provided the parking are down in the picture. 

General Summit Questions 

Will there be breakout sessions? If yes, how many?

Yes, we have also managed to conduct breakout sessions. There will be seven breakout sessions altogether. If you would like to know breakout sessions speakers and topic, please click here>>. Schedule will be provided during summit. 

How can I register for particular session?

You can choose your favorite breakout session while registering online. Note that there will be limited sits for each breakout sessions. Once the seat is full for particular sessions, that sessions will be removed from the options. Earlier you register, there will be a better chance on being in your favorite sessions.
